1. Order Cancellation Policy

At VĀIRAA Cosmetics, we process orders promptly to ensure expedited delivery across India.

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our atelier. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at vairaacosmetics@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 80150 59196 with your Order ID.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been packed, handed over to our courier partners, and assigned an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number, the order cannot be cancelled mid-transit. In such instances, the customer may refuse delivery upon arrival, and standard return processing will apply.
Cancellation Charges: There are zero cancellation charges for orders cancelled prior to dispatch. 100% of the paid order amount will be refunded.

2. Cosmetic Hygiene & Return Eligibility

Health & Beauty Hygiene Standards

In alignment with international cosmetic health and safety standards, opened, unsealed, tested, or swatched lipsticks cannot be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances. This ensures that every VĀIRAA client receives 100% untouched, pure, and pristine products.

Eligible Returns: You may return a product only if:

The product remains completely unopened, with original tamper-evident seals intact, inside its original outer packaging.
The return request is submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
The product was purchased directly from our official website (vairaacosmetics.com).

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Received

Every VĀIRAA bullet is inspected and packed with protective cushioning. However, if your package arrives damaged in transit, defective, or if you received an incorrect shade:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to vairaacosmetics@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 80150 59196.
Include your Order ID along with clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damaged carton, batch number, and affected lipstick.
Upon quick verification by our quality desk, we will immediately arrange a free express replacement sent to your address at zero additional cost, or issue a full 100% refund based on your preference.

4. Refund Process & Razorpay Timelines

Razorpay payment gateway ensures fast and automated electronic refund settlement back to your original source:

Refund Approval (within 24–48 hours)

Once your cancellation or returned product inspection is approved, our team initiates the refund via the Razorpay merchant dashboard.

Credit to Original Payment Source (5 to 7 Business Days)

The refunded amount will be credited back directly to the original bank account, credit card, debit card, or UPI ID (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) that you used at checkout.

Confirmation & Reference ID

You will receive an automated Razorpay refund reference number (RRN) via email/SMS to track the settlement with your issuing bank.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Any product returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products that have been used, swatched on skin/paper, or whose outer protective shrink-wrap is broken.
Damage caused by improper customer storage (exposure to direct extreme heat/sunlight causing bullet melting).
Free gifts, promotional merchandise, or complimentary beauty samples.
