2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
All orders placed on our website are dispatched directly from our central fulfillment atelier:
Orders Placed Monday – Saturday (before 3:00 PM IST): Typically processed and dispatched on the same day or next business day.
Orders Placed on Sundays & Public Holidays: Processed on the following business day.
Batch Verification: Each lipstick undergoes final quality inspection before being sealed in tamper-evident cushioning to protect the metallic casing and velvet bullet.

4. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
Standard Shipping: Complimentary / Free delivery on all prepaid orders placed at our launch price of ₹399.
Express Air Courier (Special Requests): Flat fee of ₹79 may apply if expedited air priority handling is chosen at checkout.
Transparent Billing: All shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly itemized on the checkout page prior to final payment via Razorpay. No hidden fees or unexpected charges upon delivery.
5. Order Tracking & Real-Time Updates
The moment your order is manifested and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive:
An Email Notification containing your official invoice, Air Waybill (AWB) number, and logistics partner name.
An SMS Update with a direct 1-click live tracking link.
Live status updates accessible directly in your account dashboard under My Account → Orders.

7. Package Tampering or Non-Delivery Assistance
If the outer delivery box appears torn, visibly squashed, or previously unsealed upon delivery, we recommend:
Either taking photos/video of the carton before opening and contacting us immediately, OR
Refusing delivery with the courier executive citing packaging damage.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not physically received your parcel, please contact our concierge within 24 hours so we can immediately open an investigation with the courier hub.
